Supported Mods

Beenfo

We have server-side support for the Beenfo mod. If you install the mod on your client, you can right click a beehive to see what’s inside! Click the link below for more details as well as downloads.

Bobby

Bobby is a mod which enables render distances larger than the server allows. This works by caching the server’s world locally on your machine. While this uses some disk space, it results in being able to see quite far! This will work for any server you join – no server mods needed.

Emotecraft

Emotecraft allows you to use emotes on a server. You can also make your own emotes.

By default, press B to select an emote.

ItemSwapper

  • Switch between items from the inventory
  • Show the inventory from an empty hand
  • Switch between items from shulker boxes in the inventory(requires the mod/plugin on the server)
  • Item wheel for block pallets
  • Item list for dynamic items like tools, food, potions, etc.
  • Fully customizable via resource packs

Simple Voice Chat

We support the Simple Voice Chat mod, which adds voice chat with proximity to the server. You can use this as an interactive way to chat with your friends instead of having to be on a Discord call. Click the link below for more details on how the mod works as well as to find downloads for your mod loader.

Watson

Watson allows for client-side display of CoreProtect lookups. This is useful for staff.

Xaero’s Minimap (Fair-Play)

The Fair-Play version of the mod disables cave maps & hostile mob radar. This provides a mini map within the client that shows the area immediately around you.

Xaero’s World Map

Xaero’s World Map provides a world map showing chunks you have explored by pressing M by default. This integrates with Xaero’s Minimap.

Unsupported Mods

Use of these mods without permission can lead to your account being banned from our servers. Due to how many resource packs and mods there are to cheat, it’s impossible for us to list them all. If you are unsure if a mod you have falls under these categories, let us know.

Automatic Mining & Printing Mods

These mods can be abused for griefing or can cause issues with other builds if left unattended. Any modification that allows for automatic block placement is not allowed without permission from server staff.

Entity Radars

Entity radars are frowned upon and not recommended for use on the Livecraft server, as it goes against our rules. Many mini map mods also include an entity radar. If your map has this feature, we advise you turn it off.

X-ray

X-ray mods and resource packs provide an unfair advantage to the player and harm progression in the game. We do not allow X-ray mods and resource packs under any circumstances. An exception is made for staff using said X-ray mod or resource pack to detect others using it.
