Survival

Build to Survive!

To provide players with the best experience, we periodically reset the world when major updates require a fresh start to showcase new features. However, thanks to Minecraft’s terrain blending—seamlessly merging old and new chunks—these resets will likely become less frequent. To keep the world fresh and ensure smooth performance, we also use mcaselector to remove uninhabited chunks, allowing for new exploration without the need for a full reset. When a reset does occur, the previous world will be posted to the Livecraft Archives for download.

CoreProtect & BlockLocker – No Grief, No Griefing!

Livecraft features CoreProtect for tracking block, item, and entity changes. We also incorporate BlockLocker, a sign-based container locking system which is a successor to Lockette.

To protect a container or door, place a [Private] sign on it or next to it. For other features and advanced usage, their documentation has quite a few details.

mcMMO: Go Beyond Netherite!

With mcMMO, progression doesn’t stop at Netherite! Compete with other players by leveling up and unlocking exclusive abilities! mcMMO adds depth to the gameplay by introducing a variety of Skills that can be leveled up to unlock powerful features. Use Giga Drill Breaker to terraform faster, mine swaths of obsidian with Super Breaker, clean up floating trees with a single swing using Tree Feller, and so much more!

mcMMO is 100% free to use on Livecraft—no strings attached. The more you play, the more rewards you unlock. No paywalls!

For a complete overview of all the features and how to make the most of them, I strongly recommend checking out their wiki.
